The Word of God
We believe the sixty-six books of the Scriptures are the inspired Word of God, inerrant in the original writings, complete as the revelation of God's will for salvation, and the supreme and final authority in all matters to which they speak.

(1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
The Trinity
We believe in one God, Creator and Sustainer of all things, eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; that these are equal in every divine perfection and they execute distinct but harmonious works of creation, providence, and redemption.

(Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19-20; Ephesians 1:3-14; 4:6; 1 Timothy 1:17)
God The Father
We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. We believe He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He hears and answers prayer, and He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

(John 4:23; 2 Peter 3:9)
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is God's eternal Son and has precisely the same nature, attributes and perfections as God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. We believe He is not only true God, but true man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of Mary, who was a virgin. We also believe He lived a sinless life. Because of our sins, He became our substitute. He was punished for our sins on the cross by God the Father. He died and was bodily resurrected from the dead; He ascended into heaven and now He intercedes on our behalf. We believe He will soon return to earth.

(Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-3; Philippians 2:5-8; Colossians 1:16-17; 1 Timothy 2:5)
Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, His personality, and His work in saving, changing and preserving us. His ministry is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, implement Christ's work of redeeming the lost and empower the believer for godly living and service.

(John 14:16-17; 16:8-11)
Man
We believe God created man, male and female, in the image of God and free from sin. We believe man is a sinner by nature and choice and is therefore spiritually dead. We also believe those who repent of sin and trust Jesus Christ are forgiven their sin and guaranteed an eternal home in heaven.

(Genesis 1:27; Romans 3:23; 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-10)
Salvation
We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe salvation is based upon the sovereign grace of God, and was purchased by Christ’s work on the cross and His resurrection. It is received by man through faith, apart from any human merit or works. We believe salvation results in righteous living, good works, and assistance in helping to relieve human suffering.

(John 3:16; Romans 3:23-24; Ephesians 2:8-9)
The Church
We believe the Church is the primary means through which God works in the world today. The Church functions like a body and Jesus Christ is the head of the body. We believe the Church is composed of all persons who have been saved from their sins by faith in the work of Jesus Christ. We believe the Church exists throughout the world in the form of local assemblies. The distinguishing marks of a local church are God ordained leaders, the preaching and teaching of God’s Word, and the participation in communion and baptism. These local assemblies gather regularly for worship and discipleship, and then disperse for mission and service.

(Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11-12; Ephesians 4:15-16; Colossians 1:18)
Marriage
We believe God ordained marriage to be between one man and one woman for a lifetime. We believe it is God’s desire that every married couple grow in their relationship with God and with one another and that they remain committed to one another as they walk through life. We believe healthy marriages are the building block of every society and every church.

(Genesis 2:18-24)
Ordinances
We believe Jesus commanded His church to regularly practice communion and believer's baptism by immersion.

(Matthew 26:26-30; 28:19; Romans 6:3-4; 1 Corinthians 11:23-24)
Last Things
We believe Jesus will return at the time God the Father has selected. We believe when Jesus returns He will judge all evil, reward those who have faithfully served Him, and He will reign forever. We believe in the bodily resurrection of those saved and lost. We believe in the eternal existence of all humanity, either in heaven or hell.

(1 Thessalonians 4:13-17; Revelation 20:1-6; 11-15)
